Each artwork is carefully produced and printed on demand, made especially for you.
Therefore, no right of withdrawal or return applies.

If your item should arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact me and I will make sure to resolve it in the best possible way.

Important information:
Since some of my artworks are shipped directly from the print or framing studio, please do not return the product there. Always contact me first – otherwise, the return may not be processed correctly.

How to make a return:
Email me at info@ylvamariadesign.com with your return request.

Once your request has been approved, you will receive clear instructions on how and where to send the item back.
Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
